At Snugger, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your Snugger Starter Kit, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is in its original, unused condition
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have your order confirmation or receipt

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Return label fee ($4.99) unless the return is due to our error
  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us — Email returns@snugger.com with your order number and reason for the refund request
  2. Receive approval — We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item — Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. A flat $4.99 return label fee applies unless the item is defective
  4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Snugger Starter Kit arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs, or a free replacement — your choice. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion (e.g., items that show slight signs of use but are otherwise in acceptable condition). We will notify you if a partial refund is applicable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your kit, we're happy to accommodate. The fastest way is to return your current kit for a refund and place a new order. Alternatively, contact us at returns@snugger.com and we can arrange a direct exchange, subject to availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeline:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time to officially post the refund
  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@snugger.com
