Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Free shipping is included on all domestic orders, regardless of order size. No minimum purchase required.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Snugger is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our shipping partner's website or by visiting the tracking link in your email.


Returns

Return Policy

We want you to love your Snugger lids. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition
  • You must include your order number and reason for return
  • Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, a flat $4.99 return label fee applies
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@snugger.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@snugger.com. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Want a different color? We're happy to exchange your set for a different color option, subject to availability. Simply follow the return process and indicate which color you'd prefer.
